Three exciting changes to watch for in the attached bulletin :

• Refund of 2016  premiums will be seen on your October 24/17 pay.
• Premium Rates will remain at 0.36% of pay effective January 1/17.
• Cost of living adjustment (COLA) adjustment will be applied to the benefits in pay for LTD recipients disabled prior to January 1, 2016.
