Three changes to watch for in the attached bulletin :
- Refund for Premiums Paid in 2017
- Premium Rates will remain at 0.36% of pay
- Cost of living adjustment (COLA) adjustment will be applied to the benefits in pay for LTD recipients disabled prior to January 1, 2017.
